Landrum Talent Solutions is excited to announce that our Chief People Strategy Forum won the Rocky Mountain HR People & Strategy’s inaugural 5 Pillars of Knowledge Award for Leadership Development. The RMHRPS Pillar awards were created to “showcase high-impact programs and initiatives” for best practices in human resource management. The Landrum Talent Solutions Chief People Strategy Forum was a yearlong program designed to address some of the biggest challenges in talent trends and disruptions faced by today’s CHROs, providing the content, tools and peer collaboration in a trusted environment to allow these leaders to really push the boundaries of their people strategy.
In nominating the Chief People Strategy Forum, Landrum Talent Solutions looked to highlight the commitment and dedication shown by the Forum’s participants:
Tamara Bray – CHRO, DCP Midstream
Kristin Thielking – SVP of HR, Red Lion Hotels Corporation
Mark Bishop – SVP of Associate and Organizational Effectiveness, Terumo BCT
Deon McMillan – CHRO, Ardent Mills
Suzanne Sanchez – CHRO, Great-West Financial
Lisa Jacoba – CHRO, CPI Card Group
Rory O’Byrne – CHRO, Jonah Energy
The success of this Forum is due to their time, energy and willingness to take risks, think differently and collaborate while exploring topics from Freelance Nation to AI to the Sharing Economy and how they are affecting talent strategies.
