Frequently Asked Questions About Interim HR
We fill a wide range of HR positions from mid-level and senior-level roles up to C-suite and executive positions.
There’s no pre-determined timeline for the recruiting and hiring process for our interim employees. Instead, we customize the process to ensure it meets your timeline. During our initial conversation, we discuss your goals in terms of timing and come to a mutual agreement before proceeding.
Generally, our interim HR talent perform three, six, or 12-month assignments. However, the specific length of time is customizable according to your needs. If you need our interim HR services for a time period outside of our normal work assignments, we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.
All three of these roles provide services for a limited period of time. The main difference is that an interim employee is committed to one organization for a length of time. In accordance with each contract, a fractional leader can provide strategic support to multiple organizations at the same time. A consultant typically works for several clients at once and provides support for a specific project(s) with defined deliverables.
