With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles and broad experience in all functional Human Resources areas, Marisa leverages management and human resources generalist backgrounds to support companies with their talent needs. Marisa is a connector; she is dedicated and passionate about recruiting top talent and helping people develop and grow their careers. Marisa’s career has come full circle; She started her career in recruiting at a small personnel consultancy in San Francisco, spent 8 years at Gap, Inc. in training & development and college recruiting, a 6-month HR project in Latvia for PWC, and then the next 15 years as the head of Human Resources for several tech PR agencies in the Bay Area. Today, she brings that experience to her work with our San Francisco executive search firm, focusing on her favorite aspect of HR—talent acquisition.
